What does the initial assessment cover?
It reviews the operational problem, systems involved, priorities and technical options worth evaluating. It does not replace an agreed scope or project proposal.
Does consulting always lead to new software?
No. The appropriate decision may be to integrate or evolve existing systems, use an available tool or not intervene yet when the problem and its rules are not defined.
When is real-time behaviour needed?
When states, assignments, availability, location or operational data must remain coordinated during the workflow. It is not added as a requirement when the process does not need it.
Do you only work with companies in Catalonia?
Catalonia is the priority market, but projects elsewhere in Spain and remote collaboration can also be considered.
